Russia: Tanya Mezhentseva Will Compete in Junior Eurovision 2021 News

    Tanya Mezhentseva has been selected to represent Russia at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2021 in Paris, France.
    The Igor Krutoy Academy has revealed that Tanya Mezhentseva will be the Russian representative at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2021 in Paris, France. The singer is returning to the contest for a second time, having first competed in 2019.
    Tanya commented that:
    "This year I decided to try my hand at a solo song, and I succeeded! I am very glad that I will represent Russia at the competition in Paris. I would like to note that I had strong rivals. All the participants had good songs and beautiful numbers. . I wanted to thank everyone who voted for me and my song Mon Ami in the final! And also my family, which always supports me".
    The full results of the Russian national final will not be known until the show is broadcast on October 30. The winner was determined by a jury formed of:

    Russia placed 10th in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2020 represented by Sofia Feskova. Russia was 10th with both the public and juries scoring exactly 44 points from each vote.
