Niños Cantores de Puebla (Mexico)

The choir of 'los niños cantores de puebla' was founded in 1945 by R. P. Alfonso Treviño Bustinza.

His repertoire is very broad, ranging from Gregorian chant to contemporary music, not leaving behind popular Mexican music and music from other regions of the world.

In 1969 they made a concert tour through the United States of America and in 1974 and 1978 in Switzerland, Austria and Germany, where they were listed as one of the best children's choirs in the world.

The support of the choir has been entirely fmanced by the "Instituto Iberia", helped in par by the choral performances themselves. All members of the choir study in this same institution and their ages are between 8 and 16 years.
