Asmara Choirs
The Asmara Children's Choir (often referred to simply as the Asmara Choir) is a formal vocal ensemble based in the capital city of Eritrea. It was established to train talented young singers kids/teens and showcase Eritrean youth on local and international platforms.Hello 🌍
To find the founding members, Mebrahtu scouted talented young boys and girls across 23 different schools throughout the capital city of Asmara.
The choir gained significant recognition through its partnership with the UNICEF Eritrea branch and the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare.

The ELC Asmara Choir kids refer to the children's gospel choir from the Evangelical Lutheran Church (ELC) in Asmara, Eritrea. They are widely recognized within the Eritrean Christian community for recording and performing popular Tigrinya gospel songs (Mezmur).
